Salary: £30,000–£32,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Forest School Teacher to join a forward-thinking early years team and inspire children aged 2–7 through immersive outdoor learning. Based in Camden, this role involves leading creative sessions in local green spaces, fostering a deep connection with nature in young learners.
Forest School Teacher - Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Inspiring Sessions: Plan and lead interactive, nature-focused activities that spark curiosity, teamwork, and resilience.
- Collaborate Effectively: Partner with teachers and staff to weave outdoor learning into the broader curriculum.
- Maintain Resources: Organize and care for outdoor equipment, ensuring sessions run smoothly and safely.
- Ensure Safety: Conduct risk assessments and maintain a secure learning environment for all activities.
Forest School Teacher - What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Forest School certification (or equivalent qualification)
- At least 1 year of experience delivering Forest School sessions
- A passion for outdoor education and fostering children’s personal growth
- Strong organizational and communication skills
