A highly regarded school in Ealing are looking for someone to develop their experience before stepping into the SEND role as a teacher.
The role, of an Aspiring SEND Teacher;
- Passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to achieve their full potential.
- Committed to creating an inclusive, nurturing, and supportive learning environment where every student feels valued.
- Able to build positive and trusting relationships with students, parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Skilled at adapting teaching strategies and resources to meet individual learning needs.
- Dedicated to promoting student independence, confidence, and self-esteem.
The full-time position will be offered on a 1-year contract and provide an excellent foundation for graduates pursuing a long-term career as an Aspiring SEND Teacher.
The ideal candidate will be:
- An Aspiring SEND Teacher, Educational Psychologist, or Clinical Psychologist
- A Psychology graduate with BPS Accreditation
- Passionate about supporting children with SEND
- Keen to develop experience within a specialist school environment
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 per annum
