Requirements:

  • A 1:1 or 2:1 degree from Oxford or Cambridge University in any subject
  • A genuine passion for supporting students’ development and progress
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a solid work ethic
  • Experience with children is desirable, particularly experience with SEN students

 

Role Overview:

  • Provide support to the senior teacher in the classroom as a Learning Support Assistant
  • Assist students who need extra help, create lesson plans, and ensure lessons are accessible to all
  • Contribute to the success of a dynamic secondary school in Barnet
  • Competitive daily rate of £90-100, full time, term-time only
