About the role – Executive Assistant

Essential

• A relevant Degree, HLTA status or equivalent.
• Proven experience working with children with SEMH or related needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Confident communicator with fluency in spoken English.

Desirable

• Experience in an alternative provision or PRU setting.
• Training in trauma-informed or therapeutic approaches (e.g. Team Teach, Thrive, PACE).
