The Art & Design Teacher will teach across KS3 and KS4, leading students through sketching, painting, sculpture and digital design. The Art & Design Teacher will help run exhibitions and workshops and will also support GCSE students with their coursework. The Art & Design Teacher will have access to dedicated studio spaces and excellent resources.
Art & Design Teacher – Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver practical and theory-based lessons to KS3–KS4
- Support students with portfolio development
- Encourage creative thinking and independent projects
- Contribute to extracurricular clubs and events
Person Specification:
- QTS and a relevant degree in Art, Design or Fine Arts
- Creative, organised and confident in classroom management
- A keen eye for detail and passion for student progress
