A background in psychology, education, or related fields is desirable. Prior child-centred experience—whether in schools, tutoring, mentoring or care work—is highly valued. Strong communication, resilience, and a genuine interest in working with neurodiverse young people are essential.
SEN Teaching Assistant | Salary and Contract Info
- £480–£520 per week, pro rata to term time only
- Full-time, long-term contract from September 2025 to July 2026
- Term-time only (Monday to Friday)
- Potential for future teacher training or permanent contract following a successful year
