First-Class Graduate – Key Responsibilities:

Lead small group interventions with high-attaining pupils

Support pupils with SEND, including Autism

Develop strong communication with staff and parents

Help maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom focus

Contribute to curriculum delivery and adapt learning resources

Monitor pupil progress and adapt interventions accordingly

Promote pupil engagement and academic success

Collaborate with a dynamic and committed team

Play a pivotal role in the educational journey of pupils
First-Class Graduate – Applicant Criteria:

1:1 Maths Degree from a top 20 UK University

Strong and confident when supporting behaviour needs

Proactive, creative, and adaptable approach

Previous experience working with SEND and Autism desirable

Desire to progress into teacher training
