University Admissions Support – Role Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students preparing for university

• Advise and assist with personal statements, admissions tests, and interview preparation

• Guide and motivate Oxbridge and high-achieving applicants through the process

• Liaise with parents and teachers to support students’ academic goals

• Maintain focus on student progress, attainment, and personal development

University Admissions Support – Candidate Requirements:

• MUST have a 1:1 degree from a top 10 UK university

• Previous experience supporting university admissions or working with sixth form students is desirable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with students and parents

• Confident and knowledgeable in supporting competitive university entry pathways

• Proactive, adaptable, and a committed team player

• Able to manage behaviour confidently in a high-expectation setting
