NVQ Level 3 Learning Support Assistant – Lewisham – Immediate Start
Do you hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Supporting Teaching & Learning? Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early development?
Ribbons and Reeves are working alongside a high-achieving Primary School in Lewisham that is looking to appoint a NVQ Level 3 Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis, starting immediately.
NVQ Level 3 Learning Support Assistant – Salary and Contract:
- £ £530 – £580 per week, inclusive of holiday pay, on a long-term basis
- Contract term: January 2026 – July 2026
- Opportunity to become a permanent member of staff or progress within education and SEN support
NVQ Level 3 Learning Support Assistant – Key Responsibilities:
- Working 1-to-1 and in small groups with pupils across EYFS and KS1
- Supporting children with SEND, including speech & language and social-emotional needs
- Assisting the class teacher and SENDCo to promote inclusive learning
- Supporting the delivery of the EYFS framework, phonics and early numeracy
- Creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment that builds confidence and independence

- Patient, proactive and confident when working with young learners
- Enthusiastic about education and committed to helping pupils reach their full potential
