Education Graduate | What we’re looking for

An exceptional First-Class Education Graduate will join us as a Teaching Assistant in Redbridge, starting immediately and continuing through July 2025. You’ll provide valuable 1:1 support to pupils.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Compensation: £444+ per week, paid on a PAYE basis, including holiday pay

• Qualifications: Ideal for Education graduates, though Psychology graduates will also be considered

• Perfect for: Graduates seeking hands-on experience in a supportive school environment

Education Graduate | Key Responsibilities

You’ll work closely with pupils across Reception, Year 1, and Year 2, supporting their development through engaging 1:1 sessions while collaborating with the school’s SENCO to ensure a nurturing environment.

• Providing targeted support for pupils with speech and language needs in Reception–Year 2

• Delivering tailored sessions to improve language comprehension, sound articulation, and active listening

• Assisting children with behavioural, emotional, social, and medical needs

• Working alongside a qualified Speech and Language Therapist one day per week

• Making a positive impact on children’s communication skills
