Primary ECT | Redbridge | September Start

We are recruiting a Primary ECT to join a forward-thinking, Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ school in Redbridge. The role – Primary ECT responsibilities:

• Starting as a Primary ECT in September on a permanent contract

• Leading a KS2 class and taking full responsibility for learning and progress

• Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons across the curriculum

• Working closely with class support staff to meet all pupil needs

• Monitoring progress and adapting teaching for EAL and SEN pupils

• Playing an active role in the wider life of the school in Redbridge

About you – ideal Primary ECT candidate:

• A Primary ECT with a 1:1 or 2:1 core subject degree from a top 20 UK university

• Proactive, dedicated and ambitious, with excellent communication skills

• A team player who is keen to learn, reflect and progress quickly
