• Permanent Phase Leader position starting in September 2026

• Lead and manage a phase team, driving high standards of teaching, learning, and attainment

• Maintain a class teaching commitment alongside leadership responsibilities

• Support curriculum planning, assessment, and consistent practice across the phase

• Work closely with Senior Leadership to contribute to whole-school improvement

• Mentor and support teachers, including ECTs, within your phase
