The Role | SEN Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with SEN across Key Stages 1–4.
- Support pupils with diverse learning needs, including those with EHCPs and complex SEN profiles.
- Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies, interventions, and resources.
- Monitor progress, assess outcomes, and contribute to individual learning plans.
- Collaborate with parents, external agencies, and the wider school team to support holistic development
