Are you a Business Studies Teacher looking for a new role from September?
A well-regarded secondary school in Southwark is seeking a committed Business Studies Teacher to join their department from September. This role would suit an ECT or an experienced teacher who enjoys delivering clear, structured lessons and supporting pupils to understand real-world business concepts.
You will be teaching Business Studies across KS4 and KS5. The department is organised and collaborative, with a strong focus on subject knowledge, exam preparation and consistent classroom practice.
Business Studies Teacher – Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Business Studies across KS4–KS5
- Plan and deliver lessons covering key business concepts and case studies
- Prepare pupils for GCSE and A-Level examinations
- Contribute to curriculum planning and assessment
- Support pupils of varying abilities to achieve strong outcomes
Business Studies Teacher - Person Specification:
- QTS and a degree in Business, Economics or a related subject
- Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom practice
- Able to deliver engaging lessons and maintain clear routines
