Science Teacher – Enfield – September 2026

This Secondary Teaching Opportunity requires a Science Teacher who can deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4, with the capability to teach at KS5 desirable. You will use assessment data to inform planning, implement targeted intervention and contribute to curriculum refinement within the department. The successful Science Teacher will build strong relationships with pupils and parents, maintaining consistently high standards of behaviour and academic engagement.

 

What the school is looking for:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong academic background (ideally 2:1 or above from a reputable university)
  • Proven secondary Science teaching experience with evidence of measurable pupil progress
  • Confidence operating within established whole-school behaviour systems
  • Legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)

 

Salary: Outer London MPS £37,870–£50,474 (UPS up to £56,154).
