About the role:

• Full-time Art Teacher position starting in January 2026
• Deliver engaging Art lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5
• Teach a broad range of disciplines including drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media and digital art
• Plan and assess effectively to ensure progress for all students
• Inspire creativity, technical skill development and independent artistic exploration
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and innovative ideas
• Contribute to the school’s wider life and enrichment programmes

The ideal candidate:

• A qualified Art Teacher with UK QTS
• Strong subject knowledge across Fine Art and/or related creative disciplines
• Confident supporting students in developing portfolios for GCSE, A-Level and further study
• Committed to supporting learners of all abilities
• Passionate about promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Keen to contribute to a school community in Hayes, West London
