• Deliver personalised, engaging lessons tailored to pupils with a range of SEND needs
• Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and the SENDCo
• Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning atmosphere
• Use creative, differentiated approaches to support engagement and progress
• Monitor, assess, and record pupil development

• A committed individual with a genuine passion for supporting SEND learners
• Experience working with SEND pupils OR a strong interest in building a SEND Teacher career
