Maths ECT Opportunity | Braintree

A local Secondary school are seeking an enthusiastic Maths ECT to join our Mathematics department.

This role is ideal for a Maths ECT looking to begin their career in a supportive secondary school with a strong induction programme.

The Role | Maths ECT - The successful Maths ECT will:

• Teach Mathematics across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons
• Support students’ numeracy and problem-solving skills
• Work collaboratively within the Maths department
• Take part in the school’s ECT programme

Support for a Maths ECT - Every Maths ECT will receive:

• Full ECT induction programme
• Dedicated mentor support
• Ongoing CPD and training
• Supportive department and leadership team

We Are Looking for a Maths ECT Who:

• Has (or is working towards) QTS
• Has strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
• Is passionate about teaching
• Wants to develop as a Maths ECT
• Has high expectations for all learners

This position is perfect for a Maths ECT who wants to grow as a teacher and contribute to the school community.
