Spanish Teacher – Greenwich – April 2026
We are seeking a confident and adaptable Spanish Teacher to join a mainstream secondary school in Greenwich. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to teach across Key Stages 3–5, helping students develop their language skills and cultural understanding while preparing for GCSEs and post-16 pathways.

Spanish Teacher - Key Details
Position: Spanish Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Start Date: April 2026
Working Pattern: Term-time only
Salary: Inner London MPS/UPS
Spanish Teacher - The Role
As a Spanish Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3–5 that develop students’ language skills and intercultural understanding
- Support students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, including those with SEMH, ASD, and behavioural needs
- Prepare students for GCSE assessments and guide progress for post-16 study
- Lead enrichment opportunities, including language workshops, cultural events, and collaborative projects
- Work closely with colleagues and parents to support students’ academic and personal progress
- Encourage students at risk of disengagement to remain motivated and reach their potential
Spanish Teacher - Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Spanish or a related subject
- Teaching experience, ideally including SEMH or specialist support
- Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
