Early Years Lead Teacher – Hounslow – Easter or September Start

The Role
As Early Years Lead Teacher, you will oversee the EYFS phase, supporting colleagues with planning, assessment and classroom practice. You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure a consistent and high-quality approach across Nursery and Reception.
Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will also have a teaching commitment, leading a class and modelling best practice within Early Years.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the EYFS provision across the school
- Support staff with planning, assessment and delivery of the EYFS curriculum
- Monitor pupil progress and ensure strong outcomes
- Work with SLT to drive improvements within Early Years
