A high-performing and inclusive secondary school in the London Borough of Wandsworth is working in partnership with a specialist education recruitment agency to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Music Teacher.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Music Teacher at any stage of their career, whether you are an ECT or an experienced Music Teacher, to join a thriving Creative Arts department.
The Role
As a Music Teacher, you will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach KS5 depending on experience.
This Music Teacher role includes:
- Planning and delivering high-quality Music lessons
- Teaching performance, composition and listening skills
- Supporting extracurricular activities such as choirs, bands and productions
- Preparing students for GCSE and/or A-Level Music
- Contributing to a rich programme of concerts and events

The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a Music Teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is working towards it
- Has a degree in Music or a related subject
- Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and musical ability
- Is passionate about teaching and enrichment
- Can inspire and motivate students of all abilities
- Is committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
