• Typically one class per year group, allowing for smaller class sizes

• Diverse intake with a broad mix of backgrounds and cultures
• Primary ECT role in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (dependent on preference and experience)
• Inner London Main Pay Scale

As a Primary ECT, you will benefit from a well-organised induction programme, with clear guidance and regular support throughout your training years.
