• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS as an EYFS ECT

• The ability to deliver engaging, play-based learning as an EYFS ECTA positive and consistent approach to behaviour management as an EYFS ECT
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset as an EYFS ECT
• A commitment to supporting the development and wellbeing of every child as an EYFS ECT
