What the ideal candidate would have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience as a KS1 Teacher or in Reception
- A strong understanding of phonics and early literacy as a KS1 Teacher & Early English Lead

- The ability to lead by example and support colleagues to improve practice
