Primary Teacher and Subject Leader - Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of a rigorous and engaging curriculum within your subject area across all year groups
• Support and coach Primary Teachers to deliver consistently high-quality lessons, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, creating a positive classroom culture where all learners feel supported to succeed
• Use assessment effectively to monitor progress, close attainment gaps and ensure all pupils achieve ambitious outcomes
• Contribute to a whole-school culture of collaboration, working closely with colleagues, families and the wider community
• Play an active role in staff development, modelling best practice and supporting others through coaching and shared learning

Primary Teacher and Subject Leader - Candidate Specification:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong track record of excellent classroom practice
• Proven ability to deliver engaging and impactful lessons that inspire pupils
• A genuine belief in the importance of relationships and a commitment to supporting every child to succeed
• Leadership potential, with the ability to coach and develop colleagues
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team
