Join the Founding Team of a New Pre‑Preparatory School in Epping.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Primary Teacher with Maths specialism to join the founding team of a brand‑new pre‑preparatory school for children aged 3–7. This role is ideal for a Primary Teacher with Maths specialism who is inspired by calm classrooms, rich language, whole‑child development, and a modern‑traditional approach to early education.
As a Primary Teacher with Maths specialism, you will help shape a thoughtfully designed school from its very beginning. You will bring early number, pattern, reasoning, and mathematical confidence to life within a nurturing, beautifully ordered environment. Working with small classes and exceptional resources, you will contribute to a curriculum that values curiosity, attention, and meaningful learning.

Who We’re Looking For - We welcome applications from a Primary Teacher with Maths specialism who:
- Holds QTS and First-Class or 2:1 in a related Maths / Education studies degree
- Has experience in EYFS/KS1 preferably in pre‑preparatory settings, however, those without experience are still welcomed
- Understands child development deeply
- Values knowledge, language, and thoughtful educational practice
- Works with warmth, clarity, and integrity
- Is excited to help build a new school community
