The ideal SEN Learning Support Assistant will:

• Hold a 2:1 or above degree (Psychology, Education or related field desirable for a SEN Learning Support Assistant)
• Have experience working with children or young people as a SEN Learning Support Assistant or in a similar support role
• Demonstrate strong understanding of SEND needs such as ASD, ADHD and speech & language difficulties as a SEN Learning Support Assistant
• Be resilient, caring and committed to working as a SEN Learning Support Assistant in an inclusive setting
• Be confident communicating with staff, pupils and parents as a SEN Learning Support Assistant
