Behaviour Mentor – Hillingdon – September
Are you a Behaviour Mentor looking for a new role for the new academic year? If so, this Behaviour Mentor position in Hillingdon could be the perfect opportunity for you!
This well-regarded school in Hillingdon is looking for someone who can become part of a strong and supportive inclusion team, helping to raise behavioural standards and support pupils who require additional guidance throughout the school day. You will work closely with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, supporting both their behaviour and engagement with learning.

Behaviour Mentor – What the Role Involves:
- Providing 1:1 and small group behavioural support to students
- Supporting pupils who may struggle with emotional regulation or engagement in lessons
- Building positive and consistent relationships with students
- Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff to implement behaviour strategies
- Monitoring student progress and reporting concerns where necessary
