SEN Teaching Assistant | Lewisham | September

Are you an SEN Teaching Assistant looking to support pupils with additional needs within a nurturing and well-supported primary school environment? This SEN Teaching Assistant opportunity in Lewisham from September 2026 would suit a graduate or experienced SEN Teaching Assistant passionate about inclusion and child development.

This SEN Teaching Assistant role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, speech and language difficulties, ADHD and social, emotional and mental health needs. Staff work closely with class teachers, SENCOs and external professionals to ensure pupils receive consistent and personalised support throughout the school day.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will provide one-to-one and small-group support within the classroom, helping pupils access learning, build confidence and regulate emotions. This SEN Teaching Assistant role would suit aspiring SEN Teachers, Educational Psychologists or Speech & Language Therapists.

Weekly Pay | £475–£510 per week
