Ribbons & Reeves are seeking ambitious Russell Group Graduates to support primary and secondary school students in Tower Hamlets, providing academic guidance in the lead-up to key exams such as GCSEs and A-Levels.
As a Russell Group Graduate, you will work closely with students, offering subject-specific support, mentoring, and guidance. You will help pupils consolidate learning, improve confidence, and achieve their potential, while gaining invaluable school-based experience that can support a future career in teaching or education.
Russell Group Graduate - Key responsibilities:
- Providing 1:1 and small group academic support as a Russell Group Graduate
- Supporting students in core subjects and exam preparation
- Mentoring pupils to achieve their academic potential and aspirations for top universities
- Assisting teachers with classroom delivery, resources, and student engagement

Russell Group Graduate - We’re looking for:
- A minimum 2:1 degree from a Russell Group University
- Strong GCSE and A-Level grades in core subjects
- Previous child-centred or tutoring experience
- Passion and commitment to supporting students in the lead-up to exams
- Commitment from September 2026 to July 2027
