  • SEND Teaching Assistant will provide targeted support to pupils with SEND across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5
  • Deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions to support academic and personal development
  • SEND Teaching Assistant will work closely with teaching staff to implement support strategies and learning plans
  • Help pupils develop confidence, independence and engagement within lessons
  • Support students with Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs and social-emotional needs
  • SEND Teaching Assistant applicants should hold a degree from a leading UK university
  • Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, empathy and behaviour management skills are essential
