Behaviour Mentor | Ealing

This Behaviour Mentor opportunity in Ealing offers the chance to support KS3 and KS4 pupils while gaining valuable long-term school-based experience from September 2026.

Behaviour Mentor – What the role involves

• Supporting KS3 and KS4 pupils as a Behaviour Mentor through 1:1 and small-group interventions
• Promoting positive behaviour, engagement and attendance
• Working with pupils with SEMH needs within mainstream settings
• Supporting classroom learning and behavioural management when required
• Liasing with pastoral staff, SEN teams and teachers to support progress

Behaviour Mentor – Salary and Contract info

• £450 - £530 per week, pro rata to term time only
• Full-time, long – term contract (September – July)
• Term-time only
• Potential for extended contracts
