Inclusion Lead Teacher (SEMH) – Havering – Immediate Start

Inclusion Lead Teacher (SEMH) – The Role

• Lead on inclusion, engagement, and behaviour strategies across the school
• Support students with SEMH needs to overcome barriers to learning

• Monitor attendance, behaviour, and progress to improve student outcomes
• Build strong relationships with families, external agencies, and multidisciplinary professionals

Inclusion Lead Teacher (SEMH) – What the School is Looking For
