Are you a Russell Group graduate hoping to gain meaningful classroom experience before applying for teacher training? A successful primary school in Newham is seeking an Aspiring Primary Teacher to join from September 2026 until July 2027.

The Role
You will support pupils across the primary phase through classroom assistance, intervention delivery and targeted academic support. Working closely with class teachers, you will help deliver engaging learning experiences while developing a strong understanding of teaching, assessment and behaviour management.
The Ideal Candidate
• Russell Group graduate with a 2:1 degree or above
• Strong child-centred experience through tutoring, coaching, mentoring or youth work
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ambition to pursue a long-term career within education
