Learning Support Assistant – The Role
As a learning Support Assistant you will:
- Support students with their learning and help foster independence
- Deliver intervention sessions to key students
- Engage, motivate and build positive relationships with students who may present challenging behaviour
The ideal Learning Support Assistant will:
- Obtained a Psychology degree from a top UK University
- Ability to support learning in 1:1 and small-group settings, including literacy and numeracy work
- Have a genuine passion for supporting children and young people
