Learning Support Assistant | Southwark

Are you passionate about supporting young people and looking to build your experience within a secondary school? This Learning Support Assistant role in Southwark offers the opportunity to work closely with pupils who require additional support with their learning, behaviour, communication and engagement.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and the wider pastoral and SEN team to help pupils access the curriculum and make progress. You will provide targeted one-to-one and small-group support while building positive relationships with pupils and helping them develop greater confidence and independence.
