 Psychology Graduate – The Role

• A calm and consistent Psychology Graduate who will promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Support teachers in delivering engaging, creative, and personalised learning activities
• Help plan and deliver individualised activities and support strategies that encourage pupil progress
• Provide 1:1, small-group, and classroom support, helping pupils engage with learning and work towards their individual goals

Psychology Graduate – You Will

• Be flexible, enthusiastic, and ready to support learning across a range of settings and situations.
• Be caring, patient, and adaptable, with a genuine desire to help young people with SEND thrive.
• Be a Psychology Graduate from a top UK university.
