Learning Support Assistant – The Role

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to students with additional learning needs.

• Play a key role in students’ academic progress, personal development, and confidence.

• Engage, motivate, and build positive relationships with students who may present challenging behaviour.

The ideal Learning Support Assistant will:

• Hold a First-Class degree from a leading UK university.

• Have a genuine interest in Special Educational Needs and a desire to develop expertise across different areas of SEN.

• Be a confident, enthusiastic, and proactive Learning Support Assistant.
