Year 3 Teacher – Hillingdon – September 2025 Start

We are recruiting for a Year 3 Teacher role in a well-regarded Junior School located in Hillingdon. Responsibilities of a Year 3 Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and assess effectively

• Promote positive behaviour and maintain high expectations for all pupils

• Engage with parents, carers, and the wider school community

• Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly

The successful Year 3 Teacher will:

• Hold UK QTS and have experience teaching in Key Stage 2

• Be an enthusiastic and reflective practitioner

• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills

• Have a strong commitment to professional development and teamwork
