Your responsibilities as a Science Technician:

  • Support Science staff with setting up and packing down experiments

  • Ensure all laboratory equipment is maintained and stored safely

  • Order and organise scientific resources and materials

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised lab environment

  • Prepare chemical solutions and materials for lessons

  • Assist teachers with lesson demonstrations and classroom support

  • Uphold Health and Safety standards in all practical tasks

  • Play a vital role in a large, vibrant Havering secondary school

What we’re looking for in a Science Technician:

  • A 1:1 Science degree from a Top 20 UK university

  • A proactive and hands-on approach to science education
