Key responsibilities for the Aspiring Mental Health Practitioner:

Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to support mental wellbeing

Work closely with SEND students and those requiring behavioural support

Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff

Who we're looking for:

A top 20 UK university graduate with a degree related to mental health, psychology, or education

A confident Aspiring Mental Health Practitioner who is calm and resilient

A team player with a keen interest in student wellbeing and emotional development

Experience supporting children or young people, ideally in an educational setting

Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

A flexible and creative approach to supporting diverse needs
