As a Design & Technology Graduate, you will:

• Support students in KS3 to KS5, including A-Level and GCSE D&T lessons

• Assist in delivering practical sessions and managing workshop environments safely

• Lead small groups of high-attaining students to boost engagement and outcomes

• Confidently support pupils with SEND, adapting resources to meet individual needs

• Communicate effectively with staff and parents, contributing to student progress

• Be proactive in promoting positive behaviour and classroom discipline

• Implement creative strategies aligned with the D&T curriculum

• Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic and experienced team

This Design & Technology Graduate role is best suited to someone with a 1:1 degree in Design Technology or a related field from a Top 20 UK University. Prior experience in an educational or workshop setting is highly desirable, particularly supporting D&T practicals.
