  • Full-time, term time only SEN Support Assistant role | Long-term contract until July 2026
  • Work alongside qualified SEND professionals, Specialist Teachers, and Educational Psychologists and gain first-hand experience
  • Role paying £444-£513 per week pro-rata | Paid weekly on PAYE basis
  • First-Class or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK university
  • Experience working with children with SEND is essential

 

SEN Support Assistant | Job Role

  • Support small groups of students and on a 1:1 basis, adapting your approach to meet their individual learning needs.
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students, guaranteeing a safe environment for all children.
  • Assist in managing classroom behaviour and work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
  • Promote an inclusive learning environment.
