The successful Social Sciences Graduate will:

Work 1:1 with pupils, providing tailored academic and emotional support

Contribute to pupil progress and attainment by following curriculum plans

Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and outside agencies

Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills

Be proactive, flexible, and confident in a busy school environment

Play an active role in supporting SEND learners in Havering
Requirements for the Social Sciences Graduate role:

A 1:1 or 2:1 Social Sciences degree from a top 20 UK university

Previous experience supporting young people or working in child-based roles (preferred)
