We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EYFS Teacher to join a thriving Primary School in Redbridge this September. This Ofsted-rated 'Good' school is well-regarded for its inclusive ethos, high expectations, and commitment to pupil progress and development.

 

As an EYFS Teacher, you’ll be joining a school that places great importance on pupil wellbeing, academic excellence, and strong parent partnerships. With a large, well-resourced Early Years setting, the school offers a creative and enriching curriculum supported by a collaborative team and strong leadership. There is the opportunity to work within Nursery or Reception.

Key responsibilities of an EYFS Teacher:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across the Early Years Foundation Stage

  • Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment

  • Work closely with support staff to deliver targeted 1:1 support where needed

  • Monitor and track pupil progress, ensuring effective differentiation

  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

  • Uphold high standards of behaviour management within the classroom

 

Requirements to be an EYFS Teacher:

  • QTS (UK)

  • 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK University

  • Proven experience in delivering the Early Years curriculum

  • Confident, proactive, and adaptable approach to teaching

  • Strong classroom management and behaviour handling skills

  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities

  • ECTs will not be considered for this role
