  • Providing targeted subject support through 1:1 or small group intervention sessions

  • Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment for all pupils
  • Interviews to begin w/c 25th August 2025

 

Subject Mentor – What the School is Looking For
The ideal candidate will hold a 2:1 or First Class degree from a top 30 UK University and demonstrate strong subject knowledge. Previous child-centred experience is highly valued. Schools are looking for proactive, compassionate, and committed individuals with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. Please note, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.

 

Subject Mentor – Salary and Contract Info

  • £450–£530 per week, pro rata to term time only
  • Contract: Full-time, long-term (September–July), term-time only
  • Potential for future teacher training or extended contracts following a successful placement
