Location: Wandsworth, South West London
Contract: November 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: Minimum £444 per week (PAYE)

This Learning Support Assistant role in Wandsworth offers a fantastic opportunity to work with pupils who need extra help to thrive in the classroom. As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll provide targeted 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils build confidence, independence, and engagement.
The Learning Support Assistant will work closely with teachers and SEN specialists to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. You’ll help pupils access learning, support communication skills, and encourage their emotional and academic growth.

The Role:
- Support pupils with SEND or additional learning needs
- Help create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Encourage confidence and independence through tailored support
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (08:30–15:30, term-time only)
We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Empathetic, adaptable, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS, or willingness to apply
