Your role as an Early Years Graduate will include:

  • Working alongside the Early Years team to deliver engaging sessions to Nursery and Reception pupils.

  • Supporting class teachers to ensure lessons run smoothly and pupils remain on track with the curriculum.

  • Applying your theoretical and practical knowledge from your degree within a busy EYFS setting.

  • Helping to create a stimulating and supportive environment for children’s learning and development.

  • Building strong communication with colleagues and contributing to a collaborative team.

Essential requirements for the Early Years Graduate role:

  • A 1:1 or 2:1 Early Years Degree from a top 20 UK University.

  • A strong desire to move into Teacher Training.

  • Proactive, dedicated, and passionate about working with young children.

  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.

  • Previous child-based experience is desirable.
