Your Key Responsibilities
- Support Sixth Form students across BTEC Level 1, 2 and 3 courses, particularly within Sports pathways.
- Provide additional Biology support, contributing to lessons and helping students strengthen their understanding of core concepts.
- Work closely with teaching staff to keep students engaged, focused, and progressing with coursework and assignments.
- Deliver structured academic and pastoral guidance, motivating students and helping them build strong independent study habits.
- Act as a positive role model, promoting confidence, resilience, and ambition among learners.
What We’re Looking For
- A Sports Graduate (or similar discipline) with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting young adults.
- Some understanding of Biology and the confidence to assist with teaching and learning in this subject.
- Previous experience in a school, college or youth-work setting is highly desirable.
- A proactive team player who can also take initiative and provide personalised support where needed.
- A genuine interest in education and aspirations toward teaching, coaching or related career paths.
Location: Central West London – a friendly and student-centred Sixth Form College
Start Date: Immediate, with the role continuing until July 2026
