We are recruiting an exceptional SENCo to join a unique and forward-thinking specialist secondary setting in Hillingdon, starting September 2026. The Role – SENCo

  • The SENCo will lead on SEND provision across the school, ensuring excellent outcomes for students with additional needs
  • As SENCo, you will oversee EHCP processes, reviews, and tailored support plans
  • The SENCo will work closely with teaching staff to embed inclusive classroom practice
  • Liaise with external professionals to secure the right support and interventions
  • The SENCo will champion high expectations and ensure students are supported to achieve ambitious destinations
  • Use data and pastoral insight to monitor progress and remove barriers to learning
  • Support families with clear communication, guidance and trusted partnership working

We’re looking for a SENCo who…

  • Is a qualified teacher with the National SENCo Award (or willing to complete it)
